We are a team of trained birth and postpartum doulas proudly serving Grand Haven, Muskegon, Holland, Grand Rapids, and surrounding areas. We provide professional, compassionate support for families planning hospital births, birth center deliveries, or home births.
Our goal is to help parents feel prepared, confident, and supported throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. We offer emotional and physical support during labor, childbirth education, custom birth preference sheets, postpartum care, and newborn guidance tailored to each family’s needs.
We believe every birth is unique and deserves individualized care. Our team is committed to empowering families, reducing stress, and creating a positive birth experience from pregnancy through the first weeks with your newborn.

Hi, I’m Grace! I’ve been walking alongside families as a doula since January 2023, and it’s one of the greatest joys of my life. I married my high school sweetheart in 2019, and together we’re raising two wonderful little ones (plus our golden retriever, who thinks he’s one of the kids!).
When I’m not supporting parents through birth, you can usually find me at the beach with my family, practicing yoga, or enjoying a night out for dinner. I love life, I love people, and I believe joy and honesty are at the heart of every connection. My approach as a doula is simple—keep it real, show up with love, and help families step into their own strength as they welcome new life into the world.

Childbirth and First 48 photography services are available to document your baby’s birth and the first hours of life with high-quality, professional images that preserve these once-in-a-lifetime moments.

Our childbirth education meeting provides expectant parents with evidence-based information, practical tools, and guidance to feel prepared and confident for labor, birth, and the first weeks after delivery. We also create a custom birth preferences sheet, tailored to your needs, so you can take it with you to your place of birth and clearly communicate your wishes with your childbirth team.
What led me here…
I am a wife, a mama to Marlee Sol (May 2022) and Sailor Ray (April 2024), a certified birth doula (ProDoula), and birth photographer.
Becoming a mother has been the most profound, life-altering, and beautiful experience of my life. But let’s be real—it’s also been incredibly challenging. My saving graces have been Jesus, my husband, and the supportive community that surrounds me daily, reminding me that I don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
Since I was young, I’ve dreamed of finding a way to serve and care for others in my daily life and to find passion in my profession. Becoming a doula has been on my mind even before I became a mom, and the experience of motherhood has made this calling even clearer. I am passionate about this work simply because I believe in its importance and want to be your friend through it all. I dream of standing by other women’s sides as they bring life into the world on their own terms. I strive to create and cultivate a safe space where you can show up authentically as you are, to support you and your partner, and to celebrate life together.
Most of all, I hope to offer an accessible space where every woman can feel the support we all so desperately need and deserve during this exciting and transformative season of life. I look forward to collaborating with those who dream of becoming a mother, those who are pregnant, those navigating the postpartum period, and beyond—a space to be real, informative, and uplifting. If you’re a new mom, an expecting mom, or dreaming of becoming one someday, know that it’s a beautiful journey.
